There are alot of screen cleaning products on the market for iPods, iPhones, and even your iMac and MacBook Pro screen. One might seriously question whether or not we need any new products on this area on the market, considering the large number of products are already available. One new product by Moshi aims to fill a slot in this category with their new product: The Moshi TeraGlove.
What is it?
The Moshi TeraGlove is an attempt at making cleaning your laptop, iPad, or iPhone screen faster, easier, and more effective. The Teraglove is presented as a medium-sized square of tough, reinforced plastic that you can actually fir your hand in. This makes it easier to clear your screen without your hand slipping. Also, unlike other cleaning kits, the TeraGlove is designed to work using only water – not chemical cleaners like some. I like the TeraGlove because it improves my grip when cleaning my laptop screen – I also helps me clean my laptop screen faster, since the microfiber sees to be of a notably better quality that some products I’ve used.
What make it special?
The TeraGlove is unique in a number of ways. First, it fits your hand like a glove, which provides a number of benefits. In addition, it requires only water to do it’s job. One of the really great points of the TeraGlove is that it is reversible – It has two sides, one that is designed to remove dust and particles from the screen surface, and a second side that is designed to be dampened to finish the cleaning job. It’s also fully machine washable!
How Well Does This Work?
I’ve used a fair number of electronics cleaning products in my day, but it always amazes me how effective plain old water can be with such tasks – The Moshi TeraGlove works extremely well, and in fact is one of the better products I have found for cleaning my AntiGlare MacBook Pro screen.
Conclusion
We really liked the TeraGlove. It’s a very simple solution, and the folks at Moshi have again mastered the little things that make the product great – the correct selection of microfiber cloth, quality construction, and just stylish enough that you WANT to use it. Kudos to Moshi for making a NOTABLE addition to the array of laptop cleaning products!
