Help Haiti, Get Software

We posted the other day about Indie+Relief and we’d like to recognize some of the developers that are graciously donating proceeds to a variety of great charities and remind our readers that there is still (some) time to donate. In case you didn’t read the original post, secondgear and Garrett Murray teamed up with tons of developers to offer 100 applications and (some) hardware for sale on one day with all proceeds donating the developer’s choice in charity to help Haiti deal with the devastating earthquake that destroyed much of the country. There are over 100 applications and accessories available, but we are going to take some time to specifically recognize those that we have reviewed or are planning on reviewing. (List after the jump)

BackPack by Twelve South* benefiting the Red Cross (Review Coming Real Soon)
BassJump by Twelve South* benefiting the Red Cross (Review Coming)
Billings by Marketcircle Inc. benefiting Doctors Without Borders (Review)
Clipstart by Riverfold Software benefiting Save the Children (Review)
Concentrate by rocket benefiting Doctors Without Borders (Review Coming)
Everplay by Snarb benefiting Doctors Without Borders (Review Hot Off The Presses)
Today by Second Gear benefiting the International Rescue Committee (Review Coming)
Tweetie by atebits benefiting the Red Cross/Doctors Without Borders (Review)
Twitterific by the Iconfactory benefiting the Red Cross (Review)
Wii Transfer by Riverfold Software benefiting Save the Children (Review)

A big shout out to Twelve South, who is not only the only Mac hardware company partaking in Indie+Relief, but they announced that if you purchase any one of their products through their website they will donate $5 to the American Red Cross for Haitian Relief.

You can view the entire list of over 100 products at the Indie+Relief website.
