With the release of the updated product line, Apple still has one product yet to be seen. The new Quad Core iMacs are not shipping until sometime later this month. MacMall says that the new Quad Core iMacs will “usually ship within 7-10 business days.” This means that they do not have the new quad core units in stock but will be shipping within 10 business days. On the contrary, this could also mean that they have no idea and that they estimate the shipping to be within 10 business days.

Apple’s website only shows that the Quad Core iMacs will ship in November.

In other news; Apple’s google ads are back up for the updated product line. We are glad they finally posted them correctly, though having the heads up was nice!

Update 1: After contacting MacMall, they tell us that Apple has given them an ETA of a November 5 shipping date.

Update 2: Now, MacMall has changed the shipping date of the Quad Core iMacs to “Ships in November.” So much for the ETA of November 5th provided by Apple.

Update 3: Mac Mall informed us that Apple has changed their ETA of the Quad Core iMac’s shipping date to 11/16/09. Lets keep our fingers crossed. (Please note: Online Orders are shipped first, followed by Apple retail stores, then finally Authorized Resellers get them. MacMall is a reseller)

Update 4: Many People are reporting countless Apple Stores are receiving the I5 Quad Core iMacs. Online orders are arriving as well. Let the flood gates open!
