Have you ever wanted to take a wide-angle image (panorama) on your iPhone? If so AutoStitch is for you!
What is it?
AutoStitch is an iPhone app that creates outstanding panoramas by stitching pictures together. It does this with “the most advanced stitching technology today” and from the way it works, I believe it.
Interface:
The interface of this app based more toward the ease of use over looks. It is not the most beautiful app there is, but you still don’t judge this book by its cover. It gives you a single screen to use, on the top is where you pick your pictures, and to the bottom is where you drag them into your panorama.
Outcome:
I used this in many situations, and It has only came out a little wrong once. The only bad result was because there were two of the same buckets next to each other creating a bit of a mix up.I also used this app a few times after that mix up. Some examples of the things I took pictures of are family, Skyline, Sunset, and some of just random things like my shoes and dirty laundry.
Price:
The price of this app is not that bad in this “tough economy.” It is only $1.99 from the app store! The price is fine for what you are getting, so do not let that hold you back.
Conclusion:
Overall, this is a great app for getting some scenic, or large family photos. AutoStitch is by far the best panoramic software I have ever used on a mobile device! I recommend this app to the people who would need this, before you buy it, think it over. Are you going to even use it? Keep in mind that you do not get a new app to take pictures with, you are just picking the photos from your Camera Roll. I give AutoStitch a 4.5/5!
